1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Curry Powder
3/4 c. Louisiana or Red Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce
Dash Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Butter or Margarine Recipe
Combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and curry powder.
Coat Chicken in mixture, refrigerate 30 min. - 1 hr., then coat again with remaining mixture.
Deep fry chicken 8-10 pieces at a time at 350 degrees for about 2 min.
While chicken is in fryer, combine hot sauce, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce & butter/margarine in saucepan and heat on stove.
When wings are done, put on paper towel or bag to soak up grease. Let cool for 1 min.
Combine wings and sauce, double check seal on container, then shake.
Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
