    SAN ANTONIO WINGS

    Source of Recipe

    the web

    List of Ingredients

    12 wings
    1 cup picante sauce
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    2/3 cup dairy sour cream

    Recipe

Combine 1/3 cup of the picante sauce with the ketchup, honey and ground cumin. Pour over the chicken and marinate refrigerated for at least an hour...overnight is even better. Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade, and place on the rack of a broiler pan. Bake at 375* for 60 minutes or so, basting with the remaining marinade every 10 minutes and turning the wings over half-way through. When they're done, put them about 6 inches away from a preheated broiler, for 2 or 3 minutes a side, or until the sauce looks dry. Top the sour cream with the remaining picante sauce and serve over the chicken.
