Vegetable oil, for frying
2 1/2 pounds trimmed and separated wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tsp. grated fresh gingeroot
1 tsp. (2 cloves)minced fresh garlic Recipe
1. Heat the oil in a fryer to 400°F and deep-fry the wings for 12 minutes, or until crispy and no longer pink; drain well. 2. Combine the soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, peanut oil, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well. 3. Pour the sauce over the fried wings and toss to coat. Makes 4 to 6 appetizer servings or 2 entree servings.
