    * 20 - 25 chicken wings
    * 1/2 cup Southern Ray's Island Pepper BBQ Sauce
    * 1 tablespoon Georgia Peach & Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce
    * 1 cup milk
    * 1 1/2 cups flour
    * peanut or soybean oil, amount varies with depth fo pan

    Separate the wings at the joint and soak them in the milk for at least one hour (overnight is preferable) Put the flour into a plastic baggie and add salt & pepper to taste. Place a few pieces of chicken in the baggie at a time and shake until each piece is fully coated. Mix together the hot sauce and the barbecue sauce. Heat the oil in a deep fry pan. Fry the wings until browned (5 - 7 minutes). Remove to a paper towel to drain, then place wings onto a platter. Pour the barbecue/hot sauce mixture over the wings and "EAT THE HEAT."
