Spicy Arizona Chicken Wings

12 chicken wings, cut in half with tips trimmed
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Pinch Cayenne
Salt

Turn the oven to 425 degrees F. Toss the wings in the yogurt until coated evenly. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and dredge the wings through this mixture. Place them in a baking pan and bake them for half an hour, turning them once, until they're golden brown in color.
