    Recipe Introduction

The Hot Taco Seasoning provides just enough heat to give them some zip without being too fiery. we soak our wings in beer for 4 hours in refrigerator, nice and tender then. and really good the next day, flavor blends real well

    List of Ingredients

1 package (1.25 oz.) McCormick® Hot Taco Seasoning
    1/2 cup corn meal
    4 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
4 pounds chicken wing drummettes (thawed, if frozen)

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine seasoning, corn meal and parsley in large resealable plastic bag.

    2. Add wing drummettes to bag, in small batches, and shake until evenly coated. Arrange wings in single layer on two greased shallow baking pans. Place pans on separate racks in preheated oven.

    3. Bake 15 minutes; switch pans between racks (no need to turn wings). Bake 15 minutes more or until done. When baking one pan at a time, bake 30 minutes.
