Manitoba Chicken Growers
List of Ingredients
3 lbs chicken wingettes or drumettes
BASTING SAUCE
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp each lemon juice, cider vinegar, honey, and brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
Recipe
Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Grill chicken on medium heat for 15 minutes. Baste generously with the sauce and continue grilling for 15-20 minutes. Turn the chicken frequently and baste it often. Makes 4 Servings.
