    Former LSU football star, Lyman White owned his own restaurant and was known for his wings.

    List of Ingredients




    1 dozen chicken wings
    oil for deep frying
    1/2 tsp season salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
    1/2 stick of margarine, melted
    2 cups of Louisiana Hot Sauce

    Recipe



    Heat oil in Fry Daddy to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Zatarain's Creole Seasoning. Put chicken in oil and let fry for 12-15 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix margarine and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Take chicken out of oil and put into the hot sauce bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Serves 3-4.
