Apple & Pear Raclette with Gorgonzola

-1 lb Gorgonzola Cheese
-3 Apples, cored & sliced
-3 Pears, cored & sliced
Recipe
Remove the apple and pear cores and cut fruit into thin slices. Cook apple and pear slices on the grill until soft. Place 2 or 3 slices of each fruit into the trays and cover with a portion of Gorgonzola cheese. Heat and serve. Garnish with a fresh herb.
Tips: Substitute Gorgonzola cheese with Cheddar cheese. For a sauce, try Tomato Chutney of your choice.
