    List of Ingredients




    Chips

    Purchase white flour tortillas
    Brush each side lightly with a good olive oil
    Cut into pieces (pie shape)
    Place on a cookie sheets and bake at 425 until golden
    (If you like salt on them about half way through the baking toss a little
    Mediterranean salt on them and finish baking)
    These bake very quickly so just keep an eye on them...
    Once they are done let them cool and then place in a container with a lid.

    Salsa

    Everything for the recipe is diced

    A couple of large plump tomatoes
    A small can of green chilies
    Black Olives to taste
    3 scallions
    2 gloves garlic
    A dash of red wine vinegar
    Fresh cracked black pepper
    Hot Peppers if desired (according to how spicy you want your salsa)

    Dice all the above and place in a glass bowl stir a couple of times and
    cover tightly with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator overnight...

    Serve with the chips...
