    List of Ingredients




    2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

    Recipe



    1. Beat cream cheese, oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
    2. Stir in corn, walnuts and onion. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
