Garlic Aioli

Makes about 3/4 cup
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 large egg (The American Egg Board warns against consuming raw or lightly cooked eggs on the grounds that the egg may be contaminated with Salmonella. Please be sure to use fresh eggs.)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
Combine the garlic, egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor and blend. Add the oil in a steady stream and continue to process until the mixture thickens. Cover and chill until ready to use
