    1 serving cooking spray
    12 items wonton skin(s), square
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
    6 1/2 oz herring fillet(s), 2x 92g cans Brunswick® Seafood Snacks - Golden Smoked boneless herring fillets, drained and diced
    1 Tbsp capers, drained
    2 tsp dill, fresh, chopped
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp black pepper, ground

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400º. Coat a 12-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.


    Press wonton wrappers into the bottom and up the sides of prepared muffin pan. Bake 4 minutes, until wontons are just golden. Remove pan from oven and set aside.


    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine sour cream, herring, capers, dill, Dijon, and black pepper. Mix well. Spoon herring mixture into wontons. Bake 5 more minutes, until wontons are golden brown and filling is just golden.
