    Indian Style Monkfish Stew

    800 g monkfish fillet,
    6 tomatoes,
    2 cloves garlic,
    1 soupspoonful curry,
    3 soupspoonfuls cream,
    100 ml water,
    1 soupspoonful coriander,
    chopped bay leaf,
    salt,
    pepper.

    Recipe



    Cut the monkfish into large pieces. Peel the tomatoes, remove the pips and cut into pieces, crush the garlic. Switch the appliance on, position 1. Put the tomatoes, garlic, curry and water in the tank. Season. Leave to cook for 10 mins with the lid on. Add the monkfish and continue cooking for 15 mins. Add the cream and the coriander. Mix. Serve
