    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! ®

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups assorted salted mixed nuts
    2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 to 2 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 tsp. dried coriander (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300°.

    In large bowl, combine mixed nuts and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread; set aside.

    In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; stir into nut mixture. On ungreased baking sheet, evenly spread nut mixture. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until nuts are golden.
    Makes: 4 cups nuts
