Apple-Cinnamon Cream Liqueur

1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
1 cup (250 mL) apple schnapps liqueur
2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream or half-and-half cream
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) ground cinnamon
Few drops yellow food coloring, optional

Recipe
1. In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice; blend until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours.
2. Stir before serving. Serve over ice. Store leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 1-week.
Notes: Peach-Orange Cream Liqueur: Omit apple schnapps and cinnamon. Add 1 cup (250 mL) peach schnapps liqueur and 1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed. Proceed as above.
