Creamy Hot Chocolate Toddy

List of Ingredients
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
½ cup (125 mL) unsweetened cocoa
1 ½ tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract
1/8 tsp (.5 mL) salt
6 cups (1.5 L) hot water
½ cup (125 mL) peppermint schnapps, white crème de menthe or Irish whiskey
marshmallows, optional

What's Next
1. Combine Eagle Brand, cocoa, vanilla and salt; mix well. Over medium heat gradually stir in water, heat through, stirring occasionally. Stir in schnapps. Top with marshmallows if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes: Microwave:: In 2 quart (2.3 L) glass measure combine all ingredients except schnapps and marshmallows. Heat on 100% power (high) 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Proceed as above.
