List of Ingredients
2-3 medium mangoes (peeled
and cubed to yield 2 cups)
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
3/4 cup flavoured yoghurt
Recipe
1. Puree mango with lime juice in a blender until smooth.
2. Blend in milk and yoghurt, and spoon or pour into parfait glasses.
3. Chill for about 2-3 hours or over night before serving.
