Apple Nut Bread

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices. Set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Add flour mixture; mix gently. Fold in apples and nuts. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
3. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
Tip: Mix by hand to avoid overmixing and ensure a tender, moist loaf.
