    2 eggs
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup grated zucchini
    1/2 cup nuts

    Recipe



    Cream together eggs and oil. Mix dry ingredients and add to cream mixture, add vanilla and zucchinni, nuts.
    Bake 350 for 1 hour.
