    1/4 cup olive oil

    1 French bread baguette, cut crosswise into 3 pieces, each piece halved lengthwise

    3 large garlic cloves

    Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Spray oil over cut sides of bread; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill bread cut side down until golden, about 3 minutes. Rub whole garlic cloves over toasted side of bread and serve.
