    100g plain flour,
    50g corn flour (5 level tablespoons),
    1 sachet currants with rum,
    125g sugar,
    2 sachets vanilla sugar,
    2 eggs.

    Recipe



    Stir melted butter with sugar in a bowl. When the mixture is smooth, add eggs one by one, flour, corn flour and currants. Place mixture on dish in little heaps widely spread, bearing in mind that the biscuits will expand considerably during cooking time. Cook on 2 levels at 175-200°C. between 10 and 15 minutes. Remove biscuits while still hot.
