    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 4 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 1/4 cups LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/3 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Orange Marmalade
    • 3 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate or orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
    • 2 tablespoons CROSSE & BLACKWELL Orange Marmalade
    • 1 tablespoon thawed orange juice concentrate or orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Orange Marmalade

    Recipe



    PREHEAT oven to 350 F.


    Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.


    COMBINE flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.


    BEAT eggs in medium bowl; beat in pumpkin margarine, marmalade and liqueur.


    Beat in flour mixture.


    SPOON into prepared loaf pan.


    Tap on counter to release air bubbles.


    BAKE for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.


    Cool for 10 minutes in pan; remove to wire rack to cool completely.


    Drizzle with *Marmalade Glaze* see recipe below.


    Serve with *Orange Cream Cheese Spread* see recipe below.


    MARMALADE GLAZE: COMBINE 2 tablespoons orange marmalade and 1 tablespoon orange liqueur in small bowl.


    ORANGE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD: COMBINE 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmalade.


    Refrigerate until ready to use.
