    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    16-ounce loaf frozen sweet bread dough, thawed
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
    1 recipe Chocolate Glaze*

    For filling, combine sugar, orange peel, and nutmeg; set aside.
    On a lightly floured surface roll thawed dough to an 18x10-inch rectangle. Brush butter or margarine onto dough to within 1/2 inch of border. Sprinkle filling and chocolate pieces on top. Lightly press chocolate pieces into dough.
    Starting with a long side, fold 1/3 of the dough over the center third. Fold over again, forming 3 equal layers. Seal edges with a little water. Cut dough crosswise into eighteen 1-inch-wide strips. Loosely twist each strip; place twists 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet, pressing ends down firmly. Cover with a towel. Let rise in a warm place until nearly double, about 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack. Spread each twist with Chocolate Glaze. Serve warm.
    *Chocolate Glaze: Stir together 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and enough milk to make glaze of spreading consistency.
