    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! ®

    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Garlic & Herb Flavored Spray
    1/4 cup chopped cooked asparagus
    1 slice Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips

    Recipe



    Beat eggs and water.

    Evenly spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Garlic & Herb Flavored Spray. Add egg mixture and cook over medium heat, lifting set edges of omelet, to allow uncooked mixture to flow to bottom. When omelet is set, add asparagus and cheese. Fold omelet in half and cook until cheese is melted, about 30 seconds. Spray omelet with additional Garlic & Herb Flavored Spray.
    Serves: 1
