A different way to eat your morning oatmeal
List of Ingredients
6 preferably fine ounce oatmeal
2 ounce flour
1 tsp salt
10 fluid ounce warmed water
Recipe
1. Mix flour, oats and salt together, then slowly add the warm water.
2. Roll out on a floured board to 1/4 inch thick, and cut into triangles.
3. Cook on a pan or griddle until golden on both sides.
4. Dry out in a cool oven (300°F/150°C) until crisp. Yields 8
