Chandler Walnut Pancakes

8 pancakes
Start with:
3/4 cup milk
5 eggs
1 cup flour
Dash of salt
In a quart measuring container, beat eggs and milk with electric mixer. Add salt. Slowly add in flour while mixing.
Add:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup ground Chandler walnutsRecipe
Blend in milk and ground Chandler walnuts.
Heat 10” non-stick frying pan to medium high. Add a little oil and pour in just enough pancake mix to cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer.
Rotate pan, to distribute batter evenly. Pancake is done when both sides are golden brown.
Place on plate, butter and add small portion of hot syrup. With a fork at edge of pancake, roll into a tube. Garnish with whipped or sour cream. Top with strawberries if desired. To finish, grind Chandler walnuts over top.
