    For the pancakes:
    ½ x quantity of basic batter recipe

    For the filling:
    142ml carton soured cream or 150g creme fraiche or 150g ice cream
    50g chocolate buttons

    Recipe



    Make up the batter following the recipe for basic batter, cook the pancakes and allow them to cool before filling.

    To make the filling, spread each pancake with a spoonful of soured cream, creme fraiche or ice cream. Sprinkle over the chocolate buttons and roll up or fold the pancake before serving.
