    2 oranges
    1 pack ready made pancakes
    15ml spoon orange blossom honey
    2 x 15ml spoons Grand Marnier
    200ml hand-made Farmhouse lemon curd ice cream

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.

    Grate the rind from 1 orange and put to one side. Remove all the peel and pith from both oranges and segment.

    Fold the pancakes into quarters, place on serving plate and warm in the preheated oven for a few minutes.

    Mix the honey, Grand Marnier, orange segments and rind together. Place in a saucepan and warm gently stirring occasionally.

    Put a scoop of ice cream into the fold of each pancake and fill with the orange mixture.

    Serve immediately.
