List of Ingredients
4 cups no fat buttermilk
4 cups quick oats
3 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Recipe
Mix oatmeal and buttermilk. Let stand 10 minutes
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs. Add eggs and applesauce to oatmeal mixture. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake 20-25 minutes in 375 oven.
