List of Ingredients
1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. molasses
3 Tbsp. applesauce
1 egg
1 c. blueberries
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. walnuts
Recipe
In large bowl combine first six ingredients. In medium bowl mix next four ingredients. Make well in dry ingredients, add buttermilk mixture. Stir until moist. Sprinkle in remaining ingredients. Fold in gently. Spoon into lined tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
