Triple Berry Muffin

3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp table salt
2 large egg(s)
1 cup low-fat milk
2/3 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries, thawed (blackberry, raspberry & blueberry are the best comboRecipe
Spray 22 large muffin tins with Pam. Combine dry ingredients (flour, Splenda, baking powder and salt). In a small bowl combine egg, milk and apple sauce. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add egg mixture all at once. Stir with a fork until just moist. Sprinkle berries with 2 tbsp flour before folding into batter. Gently fold in berries.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 16 - 18 minutes.
