    100g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
    90g butter
    1cup caster sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    150g (1 cup) plain flour
    1 tablespoon self-raising flour
    ½ cup chopped pecan nuts
    Chocolate icing
    100g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
    60ml (¼ cup) sour cream
    ½ cup pecan nuts

    Recipe



    Combine chocolate and butter in large bowl, melt in microwave on HIGH 1 to 1½ minutes. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla then sifted flours and nuts. Pour into greased and lined 20cm round dish. Place dish on an upturned saucer, cook on HIGH 8 minutes or until just cooked in centre; stand 5 minutes. Turn onto wire rack to cool. Top with Chocolate Icing and nuts when cold.
    Chocolate Icing: Place chocolate in small bowl, melt in microwave on HIGH 1 to 1½ minutes, stirring occasionally, stir in sour cream.
