Eagle Brand Fudge Brownies

List of Ingredients
8 squares ( 1 oz/28g each) semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup (50 mL) butter
2 cups (500 mL) biscuit baking mix
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
1 ( ) egg, beaten
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (250 mL) chopped nuts
Recipe
1. Melt 4 squares of semi-sweet chocolate with butter; remove from heat. Add baking mix, Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla.
2. Chop remaining chocolate and stir into mixture. Pour into greased 9-inch (23 cm) square pan. Top with nuts.
3. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
