1 whole wheat or plain English muffin
1 tbsp (15 mL) Canadian Plain Cream Cheese
Seasonal fruit or jam



Recipe



Cut English muffin in half and toast. Spread Canadian Plain Cream Cheese on each half. Top with sliced seasonal fruit or jam.

Variation:
For a change of taste, use Canadian Cottage Cheese. Delightful!
