    Festive Cranberry-Coconut Bars

    Source of Recipe

    McCormick®

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
    1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
    1 cup quick oats
    1 cup shredded coconut
1 package (12 ounces) white baking chips, divided
    2 tablespoons milk

    Recipe

. Heat oven to 375°F. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside. Cream butter and sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually (by spoonfuls). Blend in cranberries, oats, coconut, and 1 cup white baking chips.

    2. Press dough evenly into lightly greased 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set. Cool completely.

    3. Cook and stir remaining white baking chips and milk in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Drizzle mixture over cooled cranberry bars. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired. Cut into bars.
