    Lemon cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup oil
    One 8-ounce package cream cheese
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 teaspoons lemon juice

    Recipe



    Pre heat oven to 350F. Mix dry cake mix, one egg and oil until crumbly Reserve one cup. Pat remaining mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and one egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
