    Peanut Butter Nanaimo Bars

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup (50 mL) brown sugar
    1/4 cup (50 mL) cocoa powder
    3 cups (750 mL) graham wafer crumbs
    3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
    1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand®
    1/2 cup (125 mL) smooth peanut butter
    1 cup (250 mL) unsalted peanuts
    1 cup (250 mL) flaked coconut
    3 squares (1 oz/28 g each) semi-sweet chocolate
    1 tbsp (15 mL) butter

    Recipe



    1. Combine sugar, cocoa powder and graham crumbs. Add butter; mix well. Press evenly onto parchment paper?lined 13 x 9?inch (3.5 L) pan.
    2. Heat Eagle Brand with peanut butter; cook and stir until just thickened. Spread over base. Top with peanuts and coconut. Chill 20 minutes.
    3. Melt chocolate with butter. Drizzle overtop cool bars. Chill. Remove paper and cut into bars.
