    Plum Good Pecan Pie Bars

    Source of Recipe

    ConAgra Foods

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar, + 3 Tbsp., divided
    1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1/2 cup Fleischmann's® Original Margarine-stick, cut in small pieces
    PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
    2 cups chopped dried plums
    1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup Egg Beaters® Egg Product
    3/4 cup light corn syrup
    2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Original Margarine-stick, melted
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
For crust, in a medium bowl, combine flour, 3 tablespoons of the brown sugar, and orange peel. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in 1/2 cup of the Fleischmann's until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mixture will be dry.
Coat a 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press mixture evenly in bottom of pan. Bake in lower third of oven 10 to 12 minutes.
For topping, sprinkle dried plums and pecans evenly over crust. In a medium bowl, using a whisk, combine the eggs, corn syrup, remaining brown sugar, melted Fleischmann's, and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until filling is firm around edges and slightly soft at center.
    Cool on wire rack.
