    List of Ingredients




    BUTTER (Melted) - 1 1/2 LBS. (24 .oz)
    OLD FASHIONED ROLLED OATS - 1 1/4 LBS. (20 .oz)
    ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 1/2 LBS. (24 .oz)
    LIGHT BROWN SUGAR - 1 LB. (16 .oz)
    BAKING SODA - 1 1/2 Teaspoons
    SALT - 1 1/2 Teaspoons
    RASPBERRY JAM - 1 1/2 LBS. (24 .oz)

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour melted butter over mixture. Mix until combined. Devide mixture in half. Spread half of mixture onto parchment lined sheet pan. Pressing mixture into corners. Spread jam evenly over bottom layer. Crumble rest of oatmeal over top of jam. Making sure to cover jam completly.


    Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

    Yields - 1 1/2 sheet (approximately 12 x 16)
