Toffee Pecan Cookie Bars

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (6-ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup English toffee bits
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan.
2. Combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pecans by hand.
3. Spread dough into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
