Top Hat Triple Layer Bars

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, melted
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) graham wafer crumbs
1 pkg (200 g) flaked coconut
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
1 pkg (350 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup (125 mL) creamy peanut butter
Recipe
1. In 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; mix together and press into pan.
2. Top evenly with coconut, then Eagle Brand. Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven oven (325 ºF or 160ºC if using a glass baking dish) for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 min.;chill.
4. Remove parchment paper. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
