Banana and Chocolate Chip Cake

125g margarine
125g light brown soft sugar
2 medium eggs, beaten
2 large bananas
250g self-raising flour
5ml spoon baking powder
50g milk chocolate drops
Recipe
Place the margarine and sugar in a bowl and beat together until light and creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Mash the bananas and beat into the cake mixture.
Sift the flour and baking powder together. Fold into the cake mixture with the chocolate drops.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 1.75 litre microwave ring mould and cook on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes, then turn out and cool on a wire rack
