Blueberry Yogurt Cake

Crumble topping:
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter, cubed and chilled
Cake:
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 cups blueberries
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
To make the topping, combine the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Using a fork, blend in the butter until the mixture forms large crumbs. Set aside.
To make the cake, cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the egg and mix well. Add the flour, baking soda, yogurt, vanilla and zest. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the top with the blueberries. Lightly press them into the batter.
Top with the crumble mixture and bake for 45 minutes. Cool on a rack and carefully unmold.
Serve at room temperature.
