Candy Bar Topped Cake

1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist devil's food cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tub Betty Crocker Pour & Frost chocolate frosting
1 bag (13.3 oz) fun-sized chocolate-coated nougat and peanut candy bars, chopped (about 3 cups)
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan, or spray bottom with cooking spray.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Pour into pan.
Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
Microwave frosting uncovered on High 20 seconds. Stir thoroughly 20 times or until smooth. Pour all except about 2 tablespoons over cake; spread evenly. Sprinkle chopped candy over cake. Microwave remaining 2 tablespoons frosting uncovered on High 10 seconds; drizzle over cake.
