    1 tablespoon water

    Decorator Frosting:
    3/4 cup Domino® Confectioners Sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
    1 tablespoon cold water

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil. Generously grease and flour foil and set aside.

Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Add water, oil and eggs; mix until combined. Beat at medium speed for two minutes. Stir in sour cream. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Invert cake onto large platter; remove foil. Trim top and edges of cake. Cut cake in half horizontally to form two layers. Frost top of one layer with chocolate buttercream frosting. Place remaining cake layer on top of frosted cake.

Cut cake into an oval football shape and brush the top and sides of the cake lightly with Jelly Glaze. Let dry 1 hour.

Frost top and sides of cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. Using a pastry bag fitted with a basket weave tip, pipe the laces on the football with the decorator frosting.

    Makes 12-15 servings.

    To Prepare Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
In large bowl with mixer at low speed, combine Domino® Confectioners Sugar, butter, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla and milk. Beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy. If desired, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency.

    To Prepare Jelly Glaze:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring raspberry jam and water to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool before using.

    To Prepare Decorator Frosting:
In small bowl, combine Domino® Confectioners Sugar, butter and water. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add more water to thin frosting as needed.
