DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COCONUT CAKE

1 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter*
2/3 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
1 (7-ounce) milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Powdered sugar, if desired Recipe
Heat oven to 325°F. Place butter, chocolate syrup and chocolate bar pieces in heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (4 to 5 minutes).
Beat melted chocolate mixture and all remaining ingredients except powdered sugar in large bowl at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Pour batter into greased 12-cup Bundt® or 10-inch angel food cake (tube) pan. Bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes. Invert cake onto cooling rack; cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
*Substitute LAND O LAKES® Soft Baking Butter with Canola Oil.
