    1 Pag. of your favorite Yellow cake mix
    1 t. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 Cups water
    1/2 Cup oil
    1 Cup Yellow zucchini squash shreadded and drained a bit.

    Glaze:
    1 cup xxx sugar
    stir in milk or cream to make a simple glaze

    mix cake as directed on box add the cinnamon and beat with mixer as directed then stir in zucchini by hand. place into greased and floured loaf pans 2 and bake as directed on box.
