List of Ingredients




2 cups honey 1 cup oil 2 cups (1 can) pumpkin 4 eggs, beaten 3 cups flour (half white & half wheat is good) 1 Tbsp baking powder 2 tsp soda 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp salt 1 cup nuts (optional) 1 cup raisins (we prefer golden)



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and oil a 9" tube pan.



Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients and combine with dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins and pour into tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done.
