    Ingredients - for the cake

    1 large box milk chocolate cake mix
    1 12 ounce package milk chocolate chips
    ¾ cup finely chopped pecans
    4 eggs
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    ¼ cup water
    1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla
    1 4 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
    1 cup sour cream
    Ingredients - for the frosting

    ½ cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    ¼ cup evaporated milk or half & half
    ¼ cup sifted powdered sugar

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons dry cake mix with the chocolate chips and pecans. Set aside.
    Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, vanilla, pudding mix and sour cream. Mix very well in a mixer
    Fold in the chocolate chip and pecan mixture
    Pour the batter into a greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Let cool for 25 minutes then invert onto a plate. Cool completely.
    In a small saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar
    Stir constantly until it bubbles then add the milk and powdered sugar
    Remove from heat
    When cake is completely cooled, frost
